ANDY ROBERTSON is confident he will prove his doubters wrong.
The Liverpool full-back has faced flak over his performances this season and his place in Arne Slot's team is under threat.
Slot opted to start Kostas Tsimikas against Brighton and Bayer Leverkusen, which left the Scotland captain warming the bench last week.
But Robertson, 30, was back in the starting line-up in the 2-0 victory over Aston Villa at the weekend before heading north for a Nations League double-header against Croatia and Poland.
Now he will be hoping to keep his place when the Reds return from the international break with huge clashes against Real Madrid and Manchester City to come after a trip to Southampton.
Robertson said: "Last couple of games I've been on the bench and I've got doubters for the first time in a long time.
