A SCOTS former major general who I was tipped as the future head of the Army yesterday appeared before a court martial to admit "indecently" playing with a woman's hair and kissing her.
James Roddis, 52, a former commanding officer of The Highlanders, 4th Battalion Royal Regiment of Scotland, appeared at a court martial for the first time, having become the most senior officer for centuries to be charged with a sex offence.
