Jags hero Brian relished shutting up Morton's fans

PARTICK THISTLE'S two-goal hero Brian Graham relished ruining Morton supporters' Saturday night with his 90-second double.

And the Jags skipper savoured silencing the Cappielow catcalls from the home fans who'd given him sticks from the warm-up onwards.

Graham was instrumental for Partick as they stormed back from Robbie Muirhead's opener to seal an impressive 4-1 win against his former side.

Steven Lawless drew them level before the interval, then with 20 minutes remaining Graham put the visitors ahead.

A minute and a half later Graham was celebrating again in front of the travelling supporters after smashing in a volley to all but seal the points.

Even after Harry Milne's sending-off, for a second booking, Partick grabbed a fourth in the 84th minute through substitute Tomi Adeloye.

And Graham joked he hoped the Ton fans enjoyed their Saturday night aft he spoiled their afternoon.

Graham said: "We showed great resilience and character and this is one of the toughest places in the league to come to.
