A GANGLAND enforcer has been jailed for 16 years.

Ross Al-Gailani doled out horrific violence as hired muscle for a crime mob, including a murder bid on a former clan member who ended up having his leg amputated.

Another victim was filmed being stripped, tortured and hit with a baseball bat and machete.

Al-Gailani's own lawyer described he sickening violence as "seven eeks of mayhem".

The 36-year-old was yesterday ntenced at the High Court in Glasgow. Prosecutor John McElroy KC said: "Al-Gailani is assessed to be criminal enforcer used by persons carry out attacks in relation to drugs, money and personal vengeance."
