A SYRIAN asylum seeker was shackled and taken to court yesterday after claiming responsibility for killing three people in a knife attack.
The man, 26, claimed responsibility for the atrocity which also left eight people injured in Solingen, near Dusseldorf, at a festival marking the city's 650th anniversary, authorities said.
