GRAEME SHINNIE says it's vital Aberdeen don't rely on Bojan Miovski and the team carries the burden on the goal trail.
Transfer speculation over the Dons star striker is rife and with fellow attacker Duk AWOL, Shinnie knows it will be a hard feat to replace Miovski if he departs before the end of August.
Aberdeen scored 63 goals last term with the North Macedonian netting 26 of them. That's an issue the club must address and Shinnie is looking for his team-mates to start chipping in with more goals.
He said: "It is important for the team to get goals from different areas of the pitch.
"Last season there was a lot of reliance on Bojan which we don't want.
"Jamie McGrath chipped in with a lot as well and it is trying to get goals from every area of the pitch.
"He is a vital player for us.
