The singer raised eyebrows backstage as he kissed stunning Scots actress and model Ellie MacDowall following months of speculation that they are dating.
Ellie, 23, from Edinburgh, graduated from the capital's MGA Academy of Performing Arts in 2020.
It has been hinted that Lewis's No1 hit Pointless was inspired by his new girlfriend. It tells about being in love with someone who brings "inner peace".
When he first teased the song, Lewis, 26, said: "When everything is pointless, there's one person that makes it all worthwhile."
