Tributes to 'adventurous' Glen Coe climber

THE family of a hillwalker found dead in Glen Coe after failing to return from a hike have paid tribute to "the kindest, loveliest man".

James Graham Cox, 60, was walking the Aonach Eagach Ridge on Saturday, August 5, with another man and woman, one of whom is believed to have been a guide.

The group were reported missing shortly after 9pm and were confirmed dead following a rescue mission involving police and RAF mountain rescue teams.

Their bodies were recovered from the area as crews received assistance from a coastguard helicopter.
