FORMER Health Secretary Sajid Javid says patients should be forced to pay to see their GP or visit A&E.
He said it is the only way to reduce demand on the overstretched NHS, which he has described as “unsustainable”.
The politician’s radical plans would also see wealthier patients cough up to see their local GP.
