WOLVES may be going through a tricky patch on the field.

But former boss Nuno Espirito Santo is remembered for what he did off it as much as the success he enjoyed in the Black County.

As the Portuguese returns to Molineux tonight with his new team Nottingham Forest, he will receive a warm welcome.

Nuno is thought of fondly because of the time he stood tall when the city of Wolverhampton was distressed.

He said: "I've been back and contacted the person responsible for it - we made sure that the food got to the right people, the ones who needed it.
