ANTONIO CONTE is fighting his own pain barrier as he battles to cure Tottenham.
Conte had emergency surgery to remove his gall bladder less than two weeks ago and admitted that he is still “not 100 per cent”.
But the Italian insisted that he simply had to get off his sickbed with injury-hit Tottenham at a make or-break point of their whole season.
They were thrashed 4-1 at Leicester on Saturday which was nightmare preparation for tonight’s Champions League showdown with AC Milan in the San Siro.
On top of that is a mounting injury crisis with rookies Oliver Skipp and Pape Sarr drafted into midfield.
Conte was back on the touchline at Leicester and resumed media duties back in his native Italy as he stressed this was a huge point in his team’s season.
