But the former plumber is now hoping to sink Felix Cash to tighten his grip on the European middleweight crown and then flush out the big names in the division.
Black Country bruiser Denny, 32, is yet again the underdog, despite fighting closer to home at Birmingham’s Resorts World tonight.
But he’s used to being the less fancied fighter, having suffered defeats when it looked like his career was going nowhere.
