A “MANNEQUIN” is being held by cops accused of nicking a load of jewels.

The suspected gems thief stood perfectly still in a shop window to trick security guards until “he felt it was safe”, officers said.

CCTV captured a man standing motionless in a shop window holding a bag. He is believed to have also entered a stall and “exchanged his clothes for new ones”, before going for a meal.
