Following weeks of tension with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the US president issued some of his most direct language yet in calling his approach to the war a “mistake”.
Mr Biden’s comments came in a newly-released TV interview that was recorded last week following the deaths of seven aid workers, including three Britons in a botched Israeli air strike.
Regarding Mr Netanyahu, Mr Biden told the Univision network: “I think what he’s doing is a mistake. I don’t agree with his approach.”
