DETECTIVES were today hunting two armed killers after two men were shot dead in separate attacks carried out in London in less than 24 hours.
A man in his twenties was gunned down close to Wood Green station at about 9.30pm yesterday in a suspected gang hit. Witnesses told how police and ambulance staff tried to save him but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The killing came just hours after 28-year-old Sam Brown was shot at a music event in Walthamstow, at about 12.35am yesterday morning. Police said the event in Cheney Row Park was attended by up to 100 people and appealed for witnesses to come forward and provide any footage or photos.
