Happiest Minds sees slower FY25 revenue growth
Financial Express Bengaluru|December 25, 2024
HAPPIEST MINDS TECHNOLOGIES anticipates its revenue growth for fiscal 2025 to be at the lower end of the guided range of 30-35%, Venkatraman Narayanan, managing director and CFO of the company said.
PADMINI DHRUVARAJ

"We had talked about a growth forecast of about 30 to 35% for the year. After having said that, we've had one small surprise. We are only getting three and a half quarters of the revenues from the recently acquired companies. The first quarter we lost almost 40 days or more," Narayanan said.

The company had acquired Aureus Tech Systems and PureSoftware Technologies during the first quarter of FY25.
