Managing director Rajeev Jain said the NBFC aims to become BFL 3.0, powered by fintech and AI, under the strategy. Dubbed a FINAI (Finance + AI) company, it aims to enhance customer engagement, lower costs and drive productivity through AI-enabled tools and predictive analytics.
While Bajaj Finance has displayed a solid growth in its 17 years of journey, and is poised to achieve targets for the current financial year, the upside in the stock will depend on successfully navigating challenges with regard to asset quality and raising the proportion of secured loans in the product mix, said analysts.
