NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court has held that speeches intended to brainwash innocent young people and recruit them for unlawful and anti-national acts cannot be disregarded simply because no specific terrorist act was committed under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
The judgment was delivered and made public on Monday in an appeal filed by Mohd Abdul Rehman, an operative of the militant organisation Al-Qaida in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS).
