Officials in agriculture department said the farmers concerned had also been deprived of the benefits of the government's different agricultural schemes and legal action would be taken against them for public nuisance and environment pollution.
The maximum number of registrations cancelled is in Rohtas district (89) as on December 16.
However, a release issued by Rohtas district agriculture officer (DAO) Ram Kumar put the number at 131.
This is followed by Kaimur, where 79 farmers face action and 25 in Nalanda, according to agriculture department.
