Dhami made these remarks at the India Economic Conclave programme in New Delhi on Friday, where he also said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, all states are contributing to make India the best.
"Uttarakhand has come first in the list of Sustainable Development Goals released by NITI Aayog. The unemployment rate has also declined by 4.4%. Uttarakhand will continue to contribute to the progress of the country," he added.
