After facing flak for selling T-shirts branded with the likeness of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, e-commerce platform Meesho has "deactivated" the product from its website.

The Bishnoi gang has been accused of shooting Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala and issuing death threats to actor Salman Khan. It has also been linked to the murder of Nationalist Congress Party leader Baba Siddique last month.
