Making her international debut at 33, Devi on Friday won silver in 10m air pistol behind Rio Olympics champion Anna Korakakki of Greece (239.9 points). It could not have been better timed when India have struggled to find a second shooter in air pistol who can win a Olympics quota. With just one qualification event left, Devi is excited.
"The World Cup was my first international and I wanted to ensure that I returned with a medal. I have the Paris Olympics on my mind, but first is to win a quota place," she said.
