THE Taoiseach last night said Ireland is struggling to keep up with the rising number of children who need to be taken into care.
Leo Varadkar told how a new report on cases before the courts by the Child Law Project is a matter of "deep concern".
The Fine Gael leader also explained the issue has been discussed in recent months at Cabinet level about the growing number of kids in care.
