ED Sheeran is on his way to Ireland following the death of his beloved grandmother.
The singer is set to appear on the Late Late Show on Friday just days after her funeral, which takes place in Wexford today.
He is expected to tell Ryan Tubridy about the loss of Nancy Sheeran, who he wrote a song about.
Tubs mentioned Ed's upcoming appearance on the RTE programme on his radio show yesterday morning.
The Galway Girl and Bad Habits star is expected to attend the funeral in St Patrick's Church, in the village of Monaseed.
Former nurse Nancy will then be buried in St Patrick's Cemetery.
