LAURA Whitmore revealed her heartache yesterday following the death of a very close pal.
The TV presenter announced the sad news of Jay McLaughlin's passing as she shared images of her beloved friend, a well-known fashion photographer.
Former Love Island host Laura shared snaps of Jay with her Instagram followers after he died aged just 43, following a hard-fought battle with stage 4 cancer.
She described him as "very talented", revealing he had been documenting his life living with cancer online.
The heartbroken star added: "Sadly we have lost Jay.
