Dyer has spent a fortune on a state-of-the-art gym but won't use it because he thinks exercise is "b******s".
The Scared of the Dark host, 45, forked out thousands for the posh studio, in the garden of his Essex home, in a bid to shift a few pounds.
But the former EastEnders actor admits that he hasn't even set foot in it.
Danny said: "I had a gym built and my intention was to start running. [But now] I don't think it's good for the heart. Exercise....
