KILLER dad Sanjeev Chada got to practise yoga and meditate with a visiting Buddhist monk at Arbour Hill prison earlier this week.

The monster, serving life for murdering his children Eoghan, 10, and five-year-old Ruairi, took part in a session with the monk at the Dublin jail.

Some of the country's most dangerous inmates got to enjoy yoga, drama classes and bingo as part of mental health awareness week in prisons.

A Buddhist monk visited Arbour Hill, where paedo priest Tony Walsh and serial killer John Shaw are also locked up, to meditate with inmates.

A source revealed: "All prisoners were allowed to take part in whatever events they wanted, including Chada, who did meditation with the monk.

"There was such a demand at Arbour Hill that not all inmates got to do the meditation.

"There was yoga and bingo and talks by guest speakers as well." The Irish Prison Service (IPS) said the aim of the campaign was to raise awareness of mental health, reduce stigma and encourage dialogue.
