JEWISH leaders in Greater Manchester have condemned what they called 'unquestionably antiSemitic' comments made towards a Conservative Party general election candidate outside a mosque.

Rabbi Arnold Saunders, Tory candidate for Bury South, was invited to the Masjid Bilal Islamic Centre in Prestwich by mosque elders to speak to its members.

A video has been shared on social media showing Rabbi Saunders, a councillor in Salford, sitting on a chair at a table outside.

A man is shown reputedly shouting at him to 'condemn the IDF' the Israel Defence Forces.

He is not given a chance to respond before he is told 'nobody wants you here, leave' by the man who shouts angrily towards Rabbi Saunders throughout the footage.
