The Sharks have bounced back from their surprise 20-14 defeat to Newcastle Falcons just before Christmas with a thumping win over Leicester and Sunday's 24-16 victory at Harlequins.
They now turn their attention to tomorrow's huge Champions Cup game against French giants Toulouse at the AJ Bell Stadium.
"There was adaptability within that performance on Sunday," said director of rugby Sanderson.
"There was a moment which I thought was most impressive, just after half-time when Harlequins scored that try from a cross-field kick and a bounce of a ball which does happen.
