A teenager filmed the rodent on a mobile phone and says they have reported the sighting to the shopping mall's management team.
The teen was shopping with their parents on Boxing Day when they saw the mouse.
In the footage, passed to the Manchester Evening News, the small rodent can be seen near what appears to be an air vent on a wooden walkway leading to the food hall's tables and chairs and the dining area.
It's on the ground below a sign reading 'This is a self-clear area.
