A DRUG-DRIVER was spotted twice the limit in a stolen car, before he turned his headlights out.
Kriss Scott, 33, did 'laps' around small estates throughout Failsworth, in Oldham, before he crashed into a car.
He carried on at speeds of 60mph in a 30mph zone, cutting corners at junctions and driving on the wrong side of the road before he ultimately turned his headlights off to evade detection.
The high-speed chase continued until he crashed into a parked car and a wall outside a man's home.
