Rashford missed the last two wins against Wolves and Bournemouth through injury and illness but he resumed training on Tuesday.
United will still be without longterm absentees Lisandro Martinez and Donny van de Beek, while Marcel Sabitzer's loan has ended prematurely through injury.
"It looks like it," United manager Erik ten Hag said of Rashford's likely return. "Yesterday, he returned to training. He looks quite fit but we have to see today what is the outcome of the training, how did we recover and then we will make our choices."
United only need a point from their remaining two games against Chelsea and Fulham to qualify for the Champions League next season.
If United beat Chelsea they will overtake Newcastle to move up to third and could secure only their fourth top-three finish in the last 10 seasons.
"It's clear," Ten Hag added. "We want to win every game, that is what we do all season so tomorrow we want to do the same, we want to win the game, play dominant football and get the job done.
