Pep Guardiola had sent Haaland to Norway duty suggesting his players should be careful when approaching their friendly games this week given the more intense competitive games on the horizon on their return to Manchester.
Norway's team doctor Ola Sand had been quoted as downplaying any concern with Haaland, and the striker himself has now confirmed there is no injury.
