THERE were mammoth queues outside a fish and chip after Greater Manchester's night-time chief Sacha Lord offered to pay for everyone's chippy tea.
Mr Lord, who is also The Warehouse Project and Parklife festival boss, announced last week that he would pick up the entire bill for customers at Frankie's Fish Bar in Blackley as a show of support for Manchester's hospitality businesses.
Mr Lord previously paid for customer's meals back in August at the Thirsty Korean restaurant in Chorlton, which saw hundreds of people come out.
