THE third Monday in January is said to be the most depressing of the year.
Christmas is definitely over, the enthusiasm for those New Year's resolutions is waning and the next pay cheque can feel like it's never coming.
There's a little controversy to the concept of 'Blue Monday' as it's known, as it was initially thought up 'scientifically' by a travel company in the early 2000s to convince people to book a beach holiday to look forward to.
But, aside from that, January can be a bit of a tough time for many people.
You may also experience feelings of depression due to the season - otherwise known as Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD.
