FOUR Vietnamese men whose remains were found inside a burnt out building are likely to have been the victims of modern slavery, police have revealed.
Cuong Van Chu, Uoc Van Nguyen, Duong Van Nguyen and Nam Thanh Lee have all been identified as victims of the tragedy after a blaze at Bismark House in Oldham in May.
It wasn't until demolition work began on the site that workers uncovered human remains on July 23. Since then, a painstaking investigation has been conducted by GMP, which led to the recovery of the four men - whose families in Vietnam hadn't heard from since the day of the fire.
