But after being arrested and charged with driving and drug trafficking offences, Shazad Ghafoor failed to show up at court.
Nearly nine years later, Ghafoor, one of Manchester's most wanted men, is still on the run. Dramatic footage from a police helicopter shows the moment in August 2013 when the 4x4 flipped over before being surrounded by armed officers.
