After an exodus of big-name players last season, the Blues failed to mount a title challenge as Chelsea claimed their fourth successive crown.
The Blues have had a quiet transfer window, with Australian Hayley Raso the only major exit and Netherlands star Jill Roord the big summer signing.
And as they prepare for their opening match of the season away to West Ham tomorrow, manager Taylor hopes the stability in the squad will give them a big boost.
"Continuity is something that I've not really experienced in terms of a settled squad in the seasons that I've been here," he said.
"Now, finally, we've definitely got that in terms of this squad.
