A 'CALLOUS' thug robbed and injured an 80-year-old woman leaving her bruised and terrified.
The victim had pleaded with Shane Allen for him not to take her bag but he ignored her and she fell to the ground.
Now Allen, 33, of Withington Road, Manchester, has been jailed for three years and four months at Bolton Crown Court after being charged with personal robbery.
The pensioner was on Back Mornington Road in Bolton when he struck.
