The Delhi Police's Crime Branch has arrested a 23-year-old woman, ending a five-year-long search in a rape and POCSO Act case registered in the Kanjhawala Police Station.
The accused has been identified as Geeta (23) resident of Ludhiana, Punjab.
According to the police, the case dates back to November 2019, when the complainant, a Delhi resident, reported his 15-year-old daughter missing.
The family was away in Uttar Pradesh, and upon their return, their daughter was nowhere to be found.
