The first visit by a Foreign Secretary in six years will see the former PM arrive as part of a tour of the South Atlantic, South America and New York.
The trip will include a meeting with members of the islands' government, as well as seeing how locals have built a thriving community.
Lord Cameron will also spend time with some of the 1,500 Army and RAF personnel who protect the Falklands from invasion.
And he will pay tribto the 255 ute British lives lost during the war to retake the islands after Argentina's illegal seizure in 1982.
