Amazon Web Services (AWS) analysis published on September 28, small enterprises in India that adopt cloud-enabled technologies are predicted to increase productivity by up to Rs 1.6 trillion annually by 2030. Additionally, this will result in the creation of 45.9 million employment, or 9% of all occupations in India, in the healthcare, education, and agricultural sectors. In order to accommodate the nation's expanding customer demand, AWS stated in May 2023 that it will invest $12.7 billion (more than Rs 1 lakh crore) to enhance India's cloud infrastructure by 2030.
