The bench headed by Justice Neena Bansal Krishna in the case stated that it is held that in recognition of fundamental right of fair trial and effective legal representation, the petitioner be granted two additional legal meetings with the Counsel through video conferencing in a week, till the time he is being confined to Jail.

The court stated that it cannot be ignored that similar relief of additional legal meetings has been allowed to coaccused Sanjay Singh in the matter.
