The court in the case refused to divulge the details furnished by the Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI, saying that disclosures might hamper the investigating.
The court after perusing the status report submitted by Satya Veer Singh, DIG, CBI stated that the CBI is not 'sleeping over' the investigation and that they need to be given time to unearth the truth.' The court in the case noted that ninety days time is being available for filing the chargesheet.
