The court in the case directed the issuance of pending degrees to graduates of Master Of Dental Surgery, MDS.
The bench comprising of Justice BR Gavai and Justice KV Viswanathan was hearing the present matter.
In the present case, the appeal is filed by Master Of Dental Surgery, MDS graduates, the batch of 2016-19 in the dental colleges of Madhya Pradesh who challenged the order of the Madhya Pradesh High Court cancelling their admissions taken in 2016.
The dispute arose from the admission cancellation order by the Regulatory Authority on the ground that the appellants, who did their Bachelor of Dental Surgery, BDS from the States of Karnataka, Gujarat and Maharashtra, had not participated in the counselling process and were in violation of the Supreme Court 2016 order.
