According to a government survey, the unemployment rate among graduates aged 15 and above has seen a decline from 14.9% in the previous year to 13.4% in 2022-23.

The Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation conducted the latest Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS), revealing that Chandigarh boasted the lowest unemployment rate among this group at 5.6%, followed closely by Delhi at 5.7% during the 2022-23 period.
