The bench comprising of Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia and Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah was hearing the present matter.
The bench in the case stated that, 'This court sees no scope or reason as to how we can interfere in this matter.'
In the present case, the petitioner had filed a writ petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court wherein it claimed that certain persons had obtained a "human brain reading machinery" from the Central Forensic Scientific Laboratory, CFSL, Hyderabad and used the same on the petitioner.
He also sought directions to deactivate the machine.
