Companies Evicning Interest in AP Tourism Projects

Mahindra Holidays, IRCTC Limited, Eco-Isle Resorts Pvt. Ltd, Oberoi Group and several others have shown interest in developing tourist destinations

The state has received proposals from a range of companies and groups that recognize its untapped potential. Key players and their plans include Eco-Isle Resorts Pvt. Ltd plans to develop a project in Ananthagiri Mandal, ASR District, requiring 25 acres of land. Mahindra Holidays proposing resorts in scenic locations like Araku (20 acres) and Pichukalanka in Konaseema (26 acres), Four Seasons is interested in setting up projects in Coringa Wildlife Sanctuary (40-50 acres) and Gandikota in YSR Kadapa (40-50 acres).

Similarly, IRCTC Limited has plans for multiple projects, including destinations like Rajahmundry, Amaravati, Srisailam, and Tirupati, with land needs ranging from 2 to 10 acres. Taj Group has been exploring projects in high-potential areas like Bheemili and Yarada (Visakhapatnam), Bhogapuram (Vizianagaram), and Gandikota. Raheja Group is focused on riverfront development in Amaravati and beach-facing projects in Visakhapatnam. Likewise, Oberoi Group is aiming to establish a luxury property in Amaravati.
