How to use garlic for treating UTI

UTI or urinary tract infection is one of the major health concerns affecting mostly women. It is a situation when bacteria enter your urinary tract and affect the bladder. The result can be havoc. It often accompanies a burning sensation, increase in pressure on the bladder, etc. There are several reasons for it to occur. Blame it on your most intimate time or constipation, or an unhygienic washroom that you visited two days back. Although our urinary system is built in a way that it can fight back the bacteria, often it fails, and as a result, the bacteria keeps multiplying within. If proper care is not taken even after diagnosis, then the situation can become adverse. It is always advisable to seek medical help before trying to sort out the problem by yourself. However, as a preventive measure, you can consume enough water and maintain your hygiene to avoid coming in contact with such bacteria.
