It is the case of the petitioners that both the petitioners are more than 18 years of age. Though the boy is less than 21 years of age and not competent to marry, still both the petitioners are major and they are living together. The biological mother of the girl has passed away and she started living with the boy out of her own volition as the atmosphere in the house was not conducive for the girl to reside.
